The IT Service Desk provides 24 hour support 7 days a week.

For students at Talbot Campus telephones are available in the Open Access Centre to call the IT Service Desk.
For students at Lansdowne Campus telephones are available in the Studland House Open Access Centre and Bournemouth House Library to call the IT Service Desk.

Following feedback from students and staff, we have extended the hours of the counter service for first line IT queries. This has been achieved in co-operation with colleagues from Student and Academic Services (SAS) who will deliver an integrated help counter service for IT in the following locations and times:

Students must register with the SiSo booking system for all audio visual equipment loans.
