13/14 Leagues

In the 13/14 season, our teams are competing in the following:

Training & Conditioning

Training times are Monday 6-7.55pm (Men’s), Mondays 8-9.55pm (Women’s). All training is based in the Sports Hall, Talbot Campus.

As part of each team's weekly training schedule additional specific sessions on flexibility, SAQ (Strength, Agility and Quickness) and fitness are provided by a full time Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coach. Varsity coaches work alongside the S&C coach to identify areas to focus this sports specific training to improve physical strength, power and performance.

All players who have played at a regional or semi professional standard will be eligible to apply for a scholarship to support them in their sport while at BU. Please see the EXCEL Scholarship Programme for more information.
